7th Annual Breastfeeding Awareness Walk Community Event

For the last 7 years, this special event has made a significant impact in our community and continues to be the largest breastfeeding awareness event in Miami-Dade County. This fun, family-friendly event raises awareness on the importance of breastfeeding promotion, education and support in our community as well as information and resources on health, nutrition, safety, wellness, advocacy, and much more.
We expect 2,000+ participants at the event along with several media outlets. The event will feature fun activities, hands-on demonstrations/workshops and entertainment for the entire family. We are also pleased to announce the “Big Latch On”, hosted by MyMomGlow, will be taking place for the third year in a row at the Annual Breastfeeding Walk.
As we all know, it takes a village to raise a child and as a community we come together in this event to share resources, information, services and education that all families need. With your generous support, we can continue making this event a huge success year after year.
