Free Homebuyer Bootcamp at Homestead
Have all your real estate questions answered in one place, but also could receive up to $17,500 in down payment assistance.
The whole landscape of real estate has changed, and homebuying seems to be an overly complicated process. Homebuyers face combined multiple steps that may include mortgage application and approval, making an offer, competing with other buyers, contract negotiation, a due diligence period and (hopefully) a successful closing.
Simplifying the homebuying process and explaining its key elements are necessary. That’s why The Keyes Company and Capitals Partners Mortgage are having for the first time in Homestead a Homebuyer Bootcamp, where on-site professionals will answer questions on real estate, mortgage options, insurance and home inspections, among others.
At this seminar, homebuyers not only will learn the basics of homeownership but also could receive up to $17,500 in down payment assistance and/or grants to help with down payment and closing costs.
“Whether you want to know how much money you need to buy your home or how home inspections protect you or even how to get the right insurance, professional realtors will answer all your questions in a condensed, knowledge-packed seminar, to help you find the best homes,” said District Sales Manager Tony Garcia at the Keyes Company.
The Keyes Company is Florida’s #1 independently owned real estate company, operating since 1926. Keyes’ fifty-plus offices are distributed throughout six counties—Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Volusia—with more than three thousand talented and dedicated realtors, as it says on their website.
The other organizer, Capital Partners Mortgage, has been in existence since 2008 and is helping the community to make their homeownership dreams come true, offering hundreds of loan choices to their customers. “Our strength lies in the knowledge and experience of our loan officers, who have been in the industry for decades and have successfully handled all types of home buying situations,” explained Isabel Serra, its sales manager and team leader.
Summing up, a homebuyer seminar can be key to pointing out steps that homebuyers may have previously been unaware of and reviewing the challenging aspects to help identify the right timing and location for a successful home purchase.
This free home-buying seminar will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, at The Keyes Company office in Homestead. If you want to reserve your free seat at this seminar, call their office at (305) 247-7221 or register at www.eventleaf.com/homesteadhomebuyerseminar.
