Homestead CRA Hosts Grant Workshop for Non-Profit Organizations

The City of Homestead Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will host grant workshops for Non-Profit Organizations Monday, February 12th at 10AM and Thursday, February 15th at 6PM in the Health Room of the William F. Dickinson Community Center (1601 N. Krome Ave., Homestead, FL 33030).  Attendance at the workshop is mandatory for organizations wishing to submit a grant application to the Homestead CRA.

 All non-profit organizations located within the City of Homestead and serving the Homestead CRA Area are eligible to apply for grant funding. The application package will be available at both sessions of the Grant Workshop. The application is due by noon on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 12PM.
 
The mission of the CRA is to revitalize the community redevelopment area and to provide economic stimulus such that the future value of the property within the community redevelopment area is optimized. Its goal is to combat neighborhood deterioration and eliminate economic blight in the designated area.
