Homestead’s Free Trolley Offers New, More Convenient Route

Homestead’s free trolley now offers a new, more convenient configuration of its East-West Route. Hours of operation remain 6AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and 10AM to 2PM Saturday and Sunday.
The Homestead Trolley has been offering free transportation to residents and visitors since 2010 and began offering extended service hours in 2015. Funding for the free trolleys comes from the People’s Transportation Plan funded by the Miami-Dade County half-penny sales surtax.
