MDEAT Launches the First Activist Awards to Honor Organizations Driving Progress in Miami-Dade
The Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust (MDEAT) has launched the first-ever Activist Awards, a new initiative designed to honor nonprofit organizations whose work is making a meaningful difference across our communities.
From November 18 to 24, Miami-Dade residents were invited to nominate the activists and nonprofit organizations that work every day to improve youth opportunities, expand access to housing, and open doors to economic development.
Now, it’s the community’s turn to decide.Public voting is officially open, and each resident may select one organization. All votes are confidential and used solely for verification purposes to ensure the integrity of the process.
