While the city held the top position last year, it was narrowly surpassed this year by Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, yet still remains firmly positioned among the country’s fastest-growing relocation hubs.

Compared to many other Florida cities, Ocala offers more accessible home prices, a lower overall cost of living, and a wide range of housing options.
