An Invitation to Tropical Paradise: The Villagers’ Primavera Garden Tour Returns

For the 33rd consecutive year, The Villagers, one of Miami-Dade County’s most respected historic preservation organizations, will open the gates to some of South Florida’s most exquisite private gardens for its annual Primavera Garden Tour. The highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., offering attendees a rare opportunity to experience five exceptional private gardens located in South Coral Gables and Pinecrest.

Primavera is a celebration of spring, color, and natural beauty, showcasing the lush tropical landscapes that define South Florida’s unique garden traditions. Each garden on the tour has been carefully curated, blending native and exotic plants, thoughtful design, and personal artistic touches that reflect the homeowners’ vision and dedication. Guests will have the opportunity to learn directly from Villagers’ members and garden experts, who will share insights into plant varieties, design influences, and the special features that make each garden distinctive.

Beyond the visual splendor, the Primavera Garden Tour carries a meaningful mission. Proceeds from the event support The Villagers’ grantmaking efforts, which focus on preserving the cultural and architectural heritage of historic sites and neighborhoods throughout Miami-Dade County. For six decades, The Villagers have played a vital role in safeguarding local history through restoration projects, educational initiatives, advocacy, and fundraising, awarding more than 275 grants to over 90 organizations, along with more than 200 university scholarships.

In conjunction with the garden tour, attendees are invited to visit the popular Garden Gift Boutique, located at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 11295 SW 57th Avenue, Pinecrest. Open until 4:00 p.m., the boutique will feature unique artisans, vintage jewelry, handcrafted items, garden-inspired gifts, plants, and homemade baked goods. Food will also be available for purchase, making it a perfect complement to the day’s experience.

Advance tickets may be purchased from Villagers’ members for $50, or online via Eventbrite for $55 at👉 https://mcsms.io/vybPGv
Tickets will also be available on the day of the tour for $60 at the door.
