Miami-Dade Homeownership Fair to Help Residents Take the First Step Toward Buying a Home
For many South Florida families, homeownership remains one of life’s most important goals—but also one of the most challenging. To help residents navigate that journey, Miami-Dade County’s Housing and Community Development Department, in partnership with District 11, will host a Homeownership Fair on June 13 at the West Kendall Regional Library.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10201 Hammocks Blvd., Miami, and is designed to connect residents with trusted professionals, educational resources, and financial tools that can help make homeownership more attainable.
Whether attendees are preparing to purchase their first home or simply exploring their options, the fair will provide valuable information and guidance from housing experts, mortgage lenders, financial counselors, and community organizations committed to supporting prospective homebuyers.
Visitors will have the opportunity to attend free educational workshops covering a variety of topics essential to the homebuying process.
