Latin culture continues to shine across South Florida, and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is once again putting the Hispanic community in the spotlight. The iconic resort has unveiled Zona de Fuego, Florida’s first fully integrated Latin gaming and entertainment experience, bringing together music, cultural pride, and casino excitement in a welcoming bilingual atmosphere.
The grand opening took place October 9 as part of the resort’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, themed “My Rhythm. My Flavor. ¡Mi Gente!”
A Star-Studded Celebration of Latin Culture
The festivities featured legendary Cuban salsa singer Willy Chirino, who helped kick off the celebration with a special appearance at the roulette table.
Joining him were GRAMMY-nominated salsa performer Frankie Negrón and Luke Taleno, the Cuban-born rapper raised in Hialeah who gained national attention on America’s Got Talent.
The celebration reflected the energy, diversity, and unmistakable Latin flavor that define South Florida’s multicultural community.
A Place Where Everyone Feels Welcome
Inspired by Miami’s Latin identity, Zona de Fuego features nine bilingual gaming tables, custom designs, and memorabilia honoring celebrated Latin music stars.
Guests can enjoy blackjack, roulette, and other table games while Latin DJs bring lively rhythms and nightlife entertainment to the casino floor.
Randy Morton, president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, emphasized that the new experience strengthens the resort’s longstanding relationship with the Hispanic community while celebrating its cultural influence.

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage All Year Long
For Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, honoring Latin culture extends far beyond Hispanic Heritage Month.
Throughout 2026, the resort has featured more than 75 Latin artist performances, concerts, and cultural events.
Upcoming entertainment includes Ricky Martin, Grupo Niche, Menudo, Dalvin La Melodía, and comedian Marcello Hernández.
The celebration continues through popular Noches de Neón pool parties, culinary experiences featuring acclaimed Latin chefs, and Sabores de Las Américas, a Latin food festival scheduled for November 14.
Latin representation is also part of the resort’s workforce, with approximately 35% of team members identifying as being of Latin descent.
Zona de Fuego operates Thursday through Saturday beginning at 8 p.m., offering another entertainment option for visitors.
With this latest addition, the world-famous Guitar Hotel reinforces an important message: Latin culture is not simply celebrated for one month. It is embraced, shared, and celebrated throughout the year.
